quilts

Quilting was her first artistic passion.
Inspired by her grandmother’s crazy quilt handmade for Theresa’s mother, she was tempted to drop out of nursing school to pursue a life of art quilting. Thankfully she remained in school, as nursing has been such an avenue of opportunity and growth, but quilting has stayed as a constant companion and continued mode of expression of love over the years. Most of these works were created as gifts for loved ones.
